iPhone 6s Screen Replacement
The iPhone 6s was the first iPhone (Along with the iPhone 6s Plus) to use Apple’s force touch technology which allows the device to know how much pressure the user is placing upon the screen. Sadly, however, like older models of the iPhone the screen was still prone to accidental cracking.
Luckily BULLIT has you covered.
What an iPhone 6s Screen Replacement will fix:
- Cracked outer glass from dropping the iPhone.
- Cracked outer glass, but still powering on from being crushed.
- Dead pixels or black lines across the display.
- Coloured hues or lines going through the display.
- Reduced touch sensitivity or complete touch sensitivity loss resulting from a drop.
Sometimes touch sensitivity errors which arise randomly are due to a manufacturing by Apple and may be liable for a free repair from an official Apple store.
When replacing the front screen on your iPhone 6s it does not include any other part of the device such as the touch ID button. If you think other parts of your phone such as at the camera, earpiece or power jack for example may have been damaged, we recommend that you contact us as additional repairs might be required and these may not be possible as an express service. Unless we have the necessary parts in stock.
iPhone 6s Charging/Lightning Dock Connector Replacement
Like anything which contains moving parts, components can wear over time but replacing the iPhone 6S’ lightning dock assembly is a relatively inexpensive fix for a range of issues. Included in the lighting dock assembly are the ambient microphone, call microphone, 3.5mm headphone jack, lightning dock and connections for the vibration motor & loudspeaker.
What an iPhone 6s Dock Assembly Replacement will fix:
- iPhone not charging unless cable inserted at an angle
- Intermittent charging
- Headphone jack not working or broken
- Some water damage issues
While it is not guaranteed to repair all issues mentioned above, in the past we have been able to fix those issues with a quick lightning dock replacement and of course as with all iPhone repairs if we are unable to fix it, there is no fee.
iPhone 6s Water Damage Repair
When your iPhone 6s gets dropped into water whether that be from a rain storm, dropped in the toilet or maybe even into a pint of lager it is usually not the liquid itself that causes damage to the phone but rather the solids left behind after the liquid evaporates which causes issues.
To repair a liquid damaged iPhone BULLIT dismantles it, cleans the logic board in our proprietary cleaning solution which can take up to 12 hours, so it might be best to book the repair at night for return in the morning. Then after extensive testing, the phone is reassembled and given a final clean before being returned to you.
This typically fixes 9/10 water damage incidents although in some cases replacement parts might be required. We can advise on this after carrying out our initial inspection.
